StaySweep subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We offer refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service outages that materially impact your ability to use the platform. Please contact us within 30 days of the charge in question.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us with your account email and the invoice or charge details.
  • Include a brief explanation of the issue so we can review it quickly.
  • We typically respond within 2 business days.
